Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid – John 14:27.

Peace is something everyone desires; some try to get peace by drugs, alcohol, food, and sometimes with people, they shouldn’t be with. Inner peace comes from Jesus, the peace He gives stays with you no matter what may be going on around you. His peace causes you not to sin against God and His Word.

This peace can’t be bought, it’s a gift from Jesus to whoever desires it. Peace to whether the storms of life. Peace when life seems to be unbearable. Peace when you have been let go from your job. Peace when you don’t have the money you need. Peace when your spouse is acting out of character. Peace when your children are being rebellious, peace when the doctor gives you a bad report. Rest in the peace Jesus has given you, don’t allow Satan nor the world to steal your peace.

If you have salvation, you should have peace because you know where your help comes from. If you don’t have salvation, you can have salvation by believing in the Son of God. His salvation is free, all you have to do is believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and He died for your sins.

Jesus didn’t come into your life for you to fear, He came so that you may have life and have it abundantly. Peace be with you, peace be in your home, peace be in your mind. Peace be in your heart, peace be in your spirit. Peace with your spouse, peace with your children, peace with your health, peace in your finance, peace that surpasses all human understanding. This is the peace Jesus gives to those that believe in Him!
