Looking unto Jesus, the author [originator] and finisher [perfector] of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God – Hebrews 12:2.
Before you were born, the Lord spoke destiny into your life; as a matter of fact, He is the author of the book of your life.
Most books have an index; the index lists names or subjects indicating the page where to be found. Your life is like a book, and the Creator of your book is the Author of the beginning and ending of your life. The Lord created you with purpose and destiny. His desire is for you to be successful in the natural and the spiritual.
Although the Lord is the Author of our life, sometimes we stray from the index and insert what we want in our lives rather than what the Lord’s will. Doing this will cause some hindrances and delays in what the Lord would have for us.
We all have strayed away at one time or another, but this does not mean that the Lord is angry with you or will not bring you to your destiny. The Lord loves you unconditionally; his love for you is not predicated on what you have or have not done; it’s a gift He gives all of His creation.
The Lord has given us gifts and talents, and He wants us to use these gifts and talents to glorify Him and to be a blessing to others. Each chapter of life brings different stories; some are good, and some are sad. The Lord balances the good and the sad because if we have too much of each, we will either become ungrateful or lose faith.
You may have wanted to start a business and have had many challenges come into your life. Don’t give up; use the challenges and failures as stepping stones to get you where you should be with your business. Ask the Lord to lead, guide, and direct you if you want a business. When He’s invited on the scene, He becomes the CEO, and He will make your business successful because you have acknowledged Him.
You may have trouble in your marriage or with your children, don’t give up on them. Tell the Lord what is concerning you regarding the matter, and allow Him to perfect what’s concerning you. What concerns you, concerns Him.
The Lord is the Author of your life whether you’re a believer or nonbeliever. He loves you and wants the best for you. With each chapter of our life, know that He is there to walk with you. He will never leave you alone to defend for yourself. He has never lost a battle, and He will never lose one.
Trouble comes, and trouble goes; you have the Greater One living within you. He’s the Author, and He can change your story anytime. What was meant for your evil, He can make it work together for your good. He can change a failure to a success. He can restore a dead marriage and bless them to strive.
The Lord is the Author of your story, and He will make sure you reach your destiny if you allow Him. He has written blessings in your story, success, happiness, and joy. When your story comes to sadness, He walks you through and brings you to your exit.
Your story is a best seller because you have the Author, and He’s created you and your story. What’s needed in your story, He can create! You’re not defeated; you’re victorious! What you are going through or have gone through is making you strong, unstoppable, and successful!
