For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life – John 3:16.

God loves you with everlasting love, and His love does not depend on what you have done or what you haven’t done; it’s an unconditional love that lasts.

Sometimes we beat ourselves up with what we have done or what we shouldn’t have done; what we have said or shouldn’t have said; all these actions are in the past; focus on the present. Some of us feel we have done so much wrong in our lives and towards others that we can’t be loved.

God knew you while you were in your mother’s womb. He knew your appointed time to be born, what you would do in the timeline of life, and what you would do and wouldn’t do, but that did not stop Him from loving you.

God loves you, and He has a wonderful plan for your life. King David talks about God’s thoughts towards him (How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them – Psalm 139:17). You can insert your name in this Scripture; God’s thoughts were not only for King David but for you as well.

God’s thoughts towards you are good (For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end – Jeremiah 29:11). Whatever God thinks and says about us, we should say and think the same thing about ourselves.

God has graven you in the palms of His hand. God carries a picture of you on the palms of His hands. He’s always thinking about blessing, teaching, and correcting you.

God knows so much about you. He knows the hairs on your head (But even the very hairs of your head are numbered – Luke 12:7). This lets us know if He knows the hairs on your head, don’t you know He knows everything about you? There is nothing hidden from Him. What you did, what you’re doing, what you’re going through, He knows.

When you cry, the Lord will hear your cry (When I cry unto thee then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me – Psalm 56:9). God is for you, not against you. Just think about all the billions of people living on the earth today, and God is concerned and mindful that He notices details of your life. He does not get your name or prayers mixed up with someone else.

When you feel as though you’re not loved, think about how God loves you. Think about how He gave His Son for your life to lead you from death to life. Think about you’re never alone; God is present during the good and bad times.

God loves you more than you can love yourself, or anyone else could love you. His love is genuine; His love is unconditional. His love is everlasting!
