Father, we come before You, thanking You for all our Veterans; it was You that gave them the courage to leave their homes and families to fight for what was right.
No one knows the many things they went through, but You do. We thank You for enabling them to stand for what was right. Thank You for giving them courage when fear tried to overtake them. Thank You for taking care of their families while they were away.
Many of our Veterans have died, but we want to thank You for each of them and those we didn’t get a chance to say thank you to. Those that are yet alive thank you! We pray that God will supply every one of your needs. We pray God will bless your family, strengthen them, and encourage them.
We pray that you will have the peace of God upon your mind, heart, and spirit. We would never be able to thank you enough for giving your life to fight for what was right. We pray that God will remove any memory that would disturb your peace of mind.
We pray for every man and woman in the military; thank you for your service. We pray, as you are keeping this country safe, that God will keep both you and your family safe. We pray that God will intervene in every of your life and being. You are appreciated, and you’re in our prayers.
We pray for the families of those who have lost loved ones who may not be Veterans but fought for their families. They taught their children how to be honorable men and women. They were good husbands, fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and mentors to the children in the neighborhood.
We pray, Father, that You will heal their broken hearts and let them feel Your peace and joy. We pray, Father, to rise up, men who will fight in the Spirit for their families, men who will be the priest of their homes. Men that mentor boys and young men how to be men.
Instill in our men what You gave the men of yesteryear, tenacity, hard-working, faithful to You and their families. Call our men from the north, east, west, and south to humble themselves before You that You may give them the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding they need to be godly leaders of this country. Men that will bring this country back to in God we trust!
Thank You, Father, for leaving the memory of our loved ones in our minds and hearts!
