I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me – Philippians 4:13.

You have to come out of your valley if you’re going to experience the abundant life God intends for you to have.

You have to desire to come out of the valley because this is something God is not going to do for you. God never goes against our will. If your will is to stay in the valley then He will allow you to stay there.

Each of us will have valley experiences because of life situations, attacks from Satan, and actions we do to place us in the valley. As well as God allows us to go into the valley to draw us to Him. We open the door to sadness when we continue to meditate on it. There is nothing wrong with thinking about things you have been through that brought sadness, but when you continue to rehearse it, it will become a part of your speech as well as your actions towards others.

Negative thoughts come to mind because it’s an instrument Satan uses to place us in bondage to our emotions. He knows that he can’t get true Christians to commit physical sins, so he whispers to us things people have said or what we should have done but didn’t.

When we rehearse thoughts that were hurtful, sadness, anger, we have allowed Satan to still our joy. Yes, we face reality, but we don’t allow reality to place us in the valley of despair. As Christian women, we must remain faithful to God’s Word, that is, He is always with us, He never leaves us nor will He forsake us. We recovered from the hurt because He was there. We were healed from a broken heart and spirit because He healed our broken heart and spirit. So why allow Satan to continue to place you in the valley when God delivered you from the valley?

You can’t go forward looking backward. You can’t get into a good relationship when you’re carrying the baggage from the old relationship. God wants you healed and whole. Leave the past in the past and start walking towards your future with a spirit of triumph!
