I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well – Psalm 139:14.
Beauty is something that is within our being. Women get tummy tucks, enlarge their lips and bosoms, and sometimes their lips and buttocks because they feel they aren’t beautiful. Society makes women feel if they aren’t of a certain race or a certain size they aren’t beautiful. Beauty comes from within the soul of a person. One can have all the qualities that society says that is beautiful and their demeanor is ugly, mean, and boisterous; beauty is quiet and has a meek spirit.
Beauty is knowing who you are and you don’t have to pretend you’re someone you’re not. Beauty is when people are happy to see you coming and not happy when you’re leaving. Beauty does not gossip about others nor do they want to hear gossip about others. Beauty does not brag about what they have or where they have been or where they are going to impress people.
Beauty is seeing others the way God has created them and loving them for who they are. Beauty is when you can encourage others when you need to be encouraged. Beauty is something that draws the best out of others and seeks the best for others. Look within yourself and see the beauty God has created you to be!
Beauty comes from within the soul of a person; cosmetics, and surgery can’t make a person beautiful within their soul. What’s on the inside reflects on the outside, society does not make a person beautiful, God is the one that makes you beautiful inside and out!
