Divorce is something that God hates, but He will allow it according to the circumstances such as any form of abuse and adultery, but even in these cases, it should be brought to God prior to filing for a divorce. Divorce has come about because our desires are not being met, we have fallen out of love with our spouse or we just don’t want to be married anymore. (more…)

Each of us will have faith in someone or something whether we’re a believer or a non-believer. Faith can be negative or positive; either way, faith will be in action. Timing is also is important spiritually whether it’s ministerial positions, starting a ministry as well as marriage. Failure to understand God’s timing regarding a matter we’re praying about can lead to spiritual disappointments and missed opportunities. (more…)
When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when though walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Isaiah 43:2.
Life will bring many storms, and each storm will bring a different casualty. Some storms will bring discomfort in our relationships, others will bring weariness in our faith walk, lacking in our finances, sickness and diseases attacking our body. According to our spiritual maturity, when storms come, we will meditate on scriptures that will strengthen our faith to remove doubt and fear such as (But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint – Isaiah 40:31. We picture the majestic bird that is our national symbol, a bird that is able to soar high above any tempest that might come along. We rarely think of eagles as having to go through storms.
